General Handyman (Hourly)

Hourly services are charged for a minimum of one hour, and billable in half-hour increments thereafter. Though we'll try our very best, resolution is not always possible and can't be guaranteed. Service does not include Electronic Recycling. Service does not include transportation/delivery requests.

Furniture Assembly

Professional assembly of indoor and outdoor furniture items. You provide the parts and instructions, we'll handle the rest. Service includes assembly of one item.

TV Mounting (up to 32")

Install a bracket and mount one TV up to 32"; connect necessary video and basic audio components; neatly dress wires; configure necessary peripheral devices; in-wall or external cord concealment available for additional cost.

TV Mounting (33" - 60")

Install a bracket and mount one TV between 33"-60"; connect necessary video and basic audio components; neatly dress wires; configure necessary peripheral devices; in-wall or external cord concealment available for additional cost.

TV Mounting (61" or larger)

Install a bracket and mount one TV larger than 61"; connect necessary video and basic audio components; reconnect peripheral devices; in-wall or external cord concealment available for additional cost.

TV Dismount or Remount

Dismount TV from wall; disconnect/remove AV components; neatly package TV/components in box client provides; remove mount from wall; conceal in-wall rated wires where applicable (additional charges apply).

TV Wire In-Wall Concealment

Survey and evaluate the installation location. If necessary, unmount television. Neatly conceal wires within the wall using an in-wall rated power kit (sold separately). If necessary, re-mount television. If in-wall concealment is not possible, external cord concealment options will be offered.

In-Wall Cable Running

Assess the cable run path; run cable behind the wall via the determined path; test connection; applicable to TV cables, Ethernet cables, and speaker cables.

Wall Hanging

Professional wall hanging for picture frames, mirrors, or other artwork; installation of wall mounted shelves; hang items up to 12ft high and bring ladder if needed; drywall and plaster interior walls only; 50lb weight limit per item.

Light Bulb Changing

We’ll change out your indoor, outdoor, recessed, or fluorescent bulbs. Service includes 5 bulb changes. Add as many additional bulb changes as you need during booking. You must provide all necessary bulbs. Maximum height of 20ft; we’ll bring the ladder if needed!

Smart Security Cam Support

Provide assessment of the camera; Make sure device is correctly connected to WiFi network; Make sure app is up to date; Troubleshoot any existing issues; Demonstrate features of the device; Answer any questions to ensure that you fully understand how to control your camera.

Smart Lock Installation & Setup

Ceiling Fan Replacement

Replace an existing ceiling fan with a new customer-provided fan. Includes removing the old fan, assembling and installing the new fan, balancing if needed, and testing operation (fan speeds and light). Applicable to standard residential wiring and ceiling heights; additional charges may apply for high ceilings, inaccessible wiring, damaged/unsafe electrical boxes, or if a new fan-rated support brace is required. Does not include new wiring runs or switch/remote rewiring unless discussed in advance.

Trampoline Assembly Service

Assembly of one customer-supplied trampoline according to its product instructions

Door Knob and Deadbolt Installation

Installation of one customer-supplied door knob, lock, or set into one door according to its product instructions

Wheelchair Assembly Services

Assembly of 1 customer-supplied wheelchair according to its product instructions. Assembled wheelchair will be fitted to customer size and preference. Fully assembled wheelchair will be tested before customer use.

Grab Bar Installation

Installation of one customer-supplied grab bar according to its product instructions

Single Shade or Blind Installation

Installation of one customer-supplied blind or shade according to its product instructions. Installation must be lower than 15' off of ground.

Portable Basketball Hoop Assembly

Installation of one customer-supplied portable basketball hoop according to its product instructions

Electric Bicycle Assembly

Assembly of one electric bicycle according to its product instructions

Garbage Disposal Installation

Removal of old disposal (if needed); mounting and wiring one customer-supplied garbage disposal; connection of drain lines to existing electrical; garbage disposal test and clean up; does not include setting up new or fixing existing outlets.

Chandelier Installation Service

Includes the installation of one customer-supplied chandelier on a ceiling lower than 16' tall, as well as up to 1 hour of dressing the chandelier. This service does not include running new electrical wiring

Indoor Light Fixture Installation

Installation of one customer-supplied light fixture (flush mount or hanging) on a ceiling under 15'. Installation does not include running new electrical wiring or hauling away an old product

Flood and Security Light Installation

Removal of existing light fixture, if applicable; Installation of 1 customer-supplied flood or security light fixture; Connecting flood or security light fixture to existing power source

Mattress Haul Away & Disposal

Garage door opener replacement

Large Item Haul Away and Disposal Service

Haul away and disposal of customer-supplied item(s), limited to a volume that will fit in a standard truck bed or SUV. Items or boxes must weigh under 100 lbs each and cannot contain any hazardous materials.

Fire Pit Set Assembly

Assembly of one customer-supplied fire pit according to its product instructions

Window Air Conditioner Installation (115V)

Installation of one customer-supplied 115V window air conditioner unit into an existing window opening. Includes assembling side panels, setting the unit in place, leveling, securing per manufacturer instructions, and basic power-up test. Does not include creating/repairing window framing, electrical outlet work, new circuit installation, or hauling away old units.

Faucet Replacement Services

Includes the replacement of one customer-supplied faucet according to its product instructions. The installation will be utilizing existing plumbing and does not include moving any plumbing. Does not include the haul-away of any old faucets.

Handheld Showerhead Installation

Our service includes the installation of a handheld shower. Please note that the necessary hardware is not included.

Toilet Seat Elevator Installation

Installation of one customer-supplied toilet seat elevator according to its product instruction

Toilet Replacement Installation

Service for the replacement of a toilet. Please note that the toilet is not included in this service.

Toilet Seat Installation

Includes the installation of one customer-supplied toilet seat on an existing toilet according to its product instructions. After assembly, your pro will clean up any trash or packaging

Toilet Leak Repair Services

Includes repairing one leak at a customer-supplied toilet. If materials need to be replaced you can purchase these materials at the time of service.

Toilet Safety Frame Installation

Installation of one one customer-supplied toilet safety frame according to its product instructions

Toilet Clog Correction

Includes the one-time removal of a toilet clog by a plumbing professional. Any further work that is needed to resolve the issue with additional tools will be available at an additional cost as an add-on

Exhaust Fan Replacement

Replacement of one exhaust fan in either a bathroom or an attic where there is access. Fan must connect to existing vents and wiring. Service does not include replacement or installation of vents or running new wiring.

Premium Grill Assembly

Assembly of a customer-supplied grill, priced at over $200, will be conducted in accordance with the manufacturer's product instructions.

Includes the replacement of up to 5 individual customer-supplied air vent cover according to its product instructions. Vent covers must be installed into an existing air vents as your pro will not cut into the wall

Electric mobility scooter assembly

Assembly of one customer-supplied electric scooter and the establishment of the charging area. Instruction will be provided on how to turn the scooter on and off, as well as how to charge it in accordance with the product instructions.

Assembly of one pre-owned medium-sized playground. Labor is estimated at up to 5 hours; please note that parts are sold separately.

Pet door installation (Small)

Install 1 small pet door in an existing wood or metal door. Includes measuring, cutout, mounting, weather seal as applicable, and cleanup. Excludes cutting glass, structural reframing, electrical work, and any door replacement. Customer supplies the pet door unless added as material.

Appliance Installation

Installation of one appliance is included; however, please note that electrical work from the wall to the breaker box is not included in this service. Should any materials be required, those costs will be billed separately.

Power outlet behind the TV

Install a new power outlet behind a TV using an existing electrical circuit where possible. Includes: cutting the opening, installing an electrical box and receptacle, and a basic functionality test. Excludes: running a new circuit from the electrical panel, drywall repair/patching/painting, and any permit or inspection fees.

Home consultation

On-site consultation and assessment for handyman projects. Includes discussion of options and a written/verbal estimate. Excludes materials and any labor beyond the consultation.

Smart Light Switch Installation

Turn power off and verify circuit Remove existing wall switch and install a compatible smart light switch Connect to Wi‑Fi (or hub) and complete initial setup in the app Test operation (manual, app, and voice assistant if applicable) Basic walkthrough of controls and automations Notes: Requires a compatible switch (neutral wire and wiring conditions may apply).
